We want to thank everyone who attended our pancake breakfast fundraiser this morning as well as those who made contributions online. Once again, we were able to exceed our targeted goal this year. We are extremely grateful and moved by your support and generosity. Most of all, we are incredibly happy to be able to help out these families who need it the most this holiday season.

Pancake Breakfast to Assist Single-Parent Families in Our Area!
Hello Friends! Please join us again at our Annual Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser to support Single Parents of New York, Inc. Our first fundraiser last year was a huge success because of the tremendous amount of support and generous donations. We hope to achieve the same goal this year as well and would love to see you all there! Tickets can be purchased ahead of time or at the door on the day of the event for a suggested donation price of $5.00/person. All proceeds will go towards single parent families in need. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact us. Your attendance and support is greatly appreciated!
Thanks again to everyone who joined us yesterday at the 2010 Putnam County Relay for Life at Mahopac High School. We had a great time playing pick-up football, softball and wiffle ball as well as walking laps with cancer survivors, caregivers, volunteers and cancer fighters on all fronts!
Thank you to those who donated to our Relay for Life team - With your generous assistance we were able to reach $830 dollars raised for the American Cancer Society, which was $330 above our goal! Please consider joining us tomorrow (Saturday) at noon on the Mahopac High School track to support cancer victims and survivors, remember those we've lost and help fund cancer research!

This holiday season, we were able to provide at least 21 kids in single parent families with gifts this year! We wouldn't have been able to provide these families with a more joyful holiday without your generous contributions and your support. THANK YOU AGAIN...We would like to share our work and achievements with you...
We received an email from Family Services of Westchester and she told us how each of the families enjoyed their Thanksgiving dinners. They were truly grateful for our gifts, and that would not be possible without your help! So thank you again for supporting us, the end result is a rewarding experience and we cannot thank you enough. THANK YOU!!!!
I am neither a single parent, nor do I live in the state of New York, but I am willing to stand up for a cause regardless of that. I believe in karma and that you should treat others the way you want to be treated. I think that if more people did that in our society, we would be living in a much nicer place. Unfortunately, that is not always the case and I've begun to learn more about human nature these past few weeks while working on our mission for SPNY, Inc.
